If you have any concerns with Patrols please liase with our Club Captain
Tim Jennett
For those who don't have Patrols uniforms or their size was not available they are on order and will be available soon. Please Check with Beryl Wood each Sunday between 10am-12pm
As part of a patrol team you have a basic obligation to ATTEND YOUR ROSTERED PATROLS If you are unable to do so you MUST arrange for a substitute to attend in your place. Preferably, someone with the same qualifications as yourself. Then, return the favour whenever mutually agreeable.
If you have any unforseen problems please call Tim Jennet asap and we will try to arrange something. If you fail to arrange a substitute, club policy states that you are obliged to;
These must be completed before your next registered patrol.
Note: If the make up and penalty are not completed you may be asked to appear before the club council to explain your actions.The minimum number of hours for general competitors must not be less than 25 hours for the preceding calendar year (ie 1st Jan 2008 to 31 Dec 2008)
The minimum number of hours for competitors falling under the Active Reserve category is 12 hours over the same period.
For those Rookies or BJA members wishing to compete at Senior Carnival level you ALSO MUST complete the same patrol hour requirements ie 25 hours.
For those members starting patrolling this year you will only have to complete a percentage ie 12 hours. The Clubs stance this year for competitors is that the club will not enter you in any championship carnival if you are in debt 8 or more patrolling hours.
It is your responsibility to maintain this record. If you or a substitute attend your rostered patrols then there will be no problem.
Any questions, please call the club captain.
Note: The Club in total can be suspended for the patrol defaults of individual member.
